Massages vary in length. The optimum amount of time would be 1hr.

During the consultation we will discuss which oils are preferred for using during the massage including an inhalation essence to evoke a deeper relaxation experience.

I am qualified in lots of different types of massage. After a detailed consultation we will discuss what type of massage you would like and need and therefore tailor the massage specifically to you.

How regularly should you have a massage?
Monthy is usually the average time to have between massages but there is no specific time line to follow.
