Homeopathy works by stimulating the body’s own natural healing processes. During the consultation the homeopath will note physical, mental and emotional symptoms, together with all the symptoms that make the person feel better or worse.

From this whole picture of the person a homeopath can select a remedy which matches this as a whole.

Homeopathy can treat a wide ranges illnesses and has been used, and proven successful, when all other forms of treatments have failed. From mental and emotional problems to physical issues. From coughs and colds, to hay fever, to long term challenges.

It is a holistic process of cure, where the person rather than the labelled disease condition is treated.

Yes, homeopathy works well alongside conventional medicine in a variety of ways, for example, to support recovery during and after illness and after operations.

However, if you are currently taking prescription medicines it is good to notify all professionals so that they can also check from their perspective.

Prior to you initial appointment, I will ask you to write down your past medical history. At your appointment, I will ask you a range of questions to identify all the symptoms surrounding the problem you are experiencing.

I will review your medical history that you have shared before the appointment which may trigger additional questions to get a complete picture of you including your family medical history.

After the consultation I will spend time on your case and find a remedy that fits your whole person including the primary problem you are experiencing.

I will then ask the homeopathic pharmacy to send you the remedy and book a follow-up appointment with you. This is usually for 4 weeks later.
